We are looking for a dynamic, experienced fundraiser with a successful track record of generating significant levels of funding through relationship management, and devising and implementing sustainable fundraising plans, leading on high value pitches to prospective partners as well as bid proposals. You will have a demonstrable ability to meet income targets as well as first class relationship building skills.
You will identify, target and secure new sustainable income growth sources and as well as maintain and develop existing relationships so we are looking for experience in:
- Corporate Partnerships
- Trust & Foundations
- Philanthropic/high net worth individuals
Experience in education is desirable though not essential provided you are empathetic to our cause.
This is a hands-on role and you will be working with a supportive and welcoming professional community, working primarily in our attractive offices to the south of Newbury Berkshire. You will be expected to make numerous fundraising visits and be happy to travel to meet prospective donors.
Benefits:
- Salary range up to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
- 30 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays
