Working within a small friendly team you will provide internal customer support in the use of Dynamics CRM as well as produce updates and routine tasks to support the finance team and other departments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support internal staff with access and to CRM and the Bubble
- Run the payment synch between Dynamics and the finance system
- Set up of new products and services in the system
- Processing sales leads from the website and update content
- Co-ordinating mailings of sales campaigns
To be considered for this role you must have previous CRM experience
