Who we are looking for?
It goes without saying that you will share our passion for our mission and vision.
You will have a proven, professional track record of leadership at the highest level. Ideally, you will have experience of corporate and charity governance and working with or as part of a Board.
We are seeking a highly successful, committed and innovative leader to serve as Chair and who will work collaboratively with our CEO and our Board to help guide Achievement for All’s strategy towards continued success and growth ensuring maximum impact for our beneficiaries.
You may also bring experience, either in an executive or non-executive capacity, of supporting an organisation to expand and innovate. You will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the role of Chair and you will have the experience and character to add weight and gravitas to the role.
You will be expected to be a proactive champion and contribute to the ambassadorial nature of the role.
