Do you have a successful track record in school improvement at Leadership or advisory level to improve outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged children in English, Maths and Literacy. Are you passionate about raising the aspirations and attainment of pupils? To meet future growth plans, we are looking to build up the pipeline of specialists in different locations to coach several schools to deliver our successful Achievement for All Schools Programmes and also for Early Years specialists to deliver our Achieving Early programmes.

Our successful Achievement for All Schools Programme is tailored to meet the specific needs of schools. Working closely together, we create a tailored two-year programme that's driven by the specific needs and challenges of the school or setting, delivered in partnership with leaders, teachers, parents, pupils, and support professionals to improve outcomes for vulnerable and disadvantaged children in English, Maths and Literacy.
Achievement Coach Post 16 - Nationwide
We are looking for coaches to work with us Nationwide, ideally to start immediately. You will have senior leadership experience within an FE/6th form College with a clear working knowledge and understanding of how mindsets impact on learning and student engagement. You will be a creative and forward-thinking leader of teaching and learning and understand innovative types of quality improvement strategies. In addition, you will have expertise in improving outcomes for disadvantaged learners and a working knowledge of student support.
